What are your products made from?

Our products are 3D printed using premium PLA (Polylactic Acid) filament. PLA is a plant-based, biodegradable plastic made from renewable resources like corn starch. It produces a beautiful matte finish and is both durable and environmentally friendly.

Can I customize the colors of my letters?

Yes! Our custom letter builder allows you to choose a different color for each individual letter. We offer a wide range of vibrant colors to choose from, so you can create truly unique pieces.

What sizes are available?

We offer multiple size options ranging from small (perfect for shelves and desks) to large statement pieces. Each product listing shows the available sizes and dimensions.

Can you create custom designs not shown on the website?

Absolutely! We love custom projects. Please use our contact form or quote request to describe your project, and we'll get back to you with options and pricing.

What fonts are available for custom letters?

We offer a variety of fonts in our letter builder, from classic serif styles to modern sans-serif options. You can preview how your text looks in each font before ordering.

Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Once production has started, we may not be able to make changes. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship throughout Australia. We're working on expanding our international shipping options - please contact us if you're outside Australia.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping within Australia typically takes 3-7 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

How long does production take?

Production time varies depending on the complexity and size of your order. Most orders are completed within 3-5 business days. Custom or large orders may take longer. You'll receive an estimated completion time when you place your order.

How are products packaged?

Each item is carefully wrapped and packaged to ensure it arrives safely. We use eco-friendly packaging materials wherever possible.

Returns & Support

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Custom orders are made specifically for you and cannot be returned unless defective.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
