Last updated: January 2025
Welcome to LayerCraft. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website at layercraft.com.au or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Products and Services
Product Descriptions
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in monitors and screens, colors may appear slightly different in person. Slight variations in 3D printed products are normal and part of the manufacturing process.
Custom Orders
Custom orders are made specifically for you based on your specifications. Please review your order carefully before submitting. We are not responsible for errors in spelling, color selection, or other customization options that you provide.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Prices at the time of order confirmation apply to your purchase.
3. Orders and Payment
Order Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance; your order is only accepted when we process payment and begin production.
Payment
We accept major credit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe. Payment is required at the time of order. Your card will be charged when you place your order.
Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping details, timeframes, and policies are outlined on our Shipping Information page. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns and Refunds
Our return and refund policies are detailed on our Refund Policy page. By placing an order, you agree to these policies.
6. Intellectual Property
