Detailed Refund Policy
Standard Products
For standard (non-custom) products, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
Custom Orders
Custom orders are made specifically for you based on your specifications. Due to the personalized nature of these products, we cannot accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged. Please double-check your order details before submitting, as we cannot refund for errors in spelling, color choices, or other customization options that you selected.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damage or defect
- Description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us and we will send the correct item and arrange for return of the incorrect one at our expense.
Change of Mind
For standard products, we accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days if the item is unused and in original packaging. A restocking fee may apply, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after approval.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer a partial refund if:
- The item shows signs of use
- The item is not in original packaging
- The return is received after the 14-day window (with prior approval)
Important Note
Due to the nature of 3D printing, minor variations in texture, color shade, or layer lines are normal and do not constitute defects. These characteristics are part of the 3D printing process and will not qualify for refunds.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
Sale Items
Sale items may have different return policies, which will be noted at the time of purchase. Generally, sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns unless defective.
